have dedicated their day to make sure the Pennsylvanians have as trouble free
of an election as possible.
On the 49th floor of 1650 Market Street, in the Law Offices of DLA
Piper, will be the first layer of the voter protection rapid response team.

Apr. 4, Feature - Florida has been through some tough elections in recent years. With hanging
chads in 2000 which took the election to the Supreme Court, the plague of problematic
electronic voting machines, and now orphaned delegates because a state legislature
decision to move up the state's primary. Disheartened and frustrated, Florida
Senator, Democrat Bill Nelson, offered a sweeping reform package that he says
covers the entire gamut of the electoral process.

Apr. 1, Feature - A new proposal was offered to seat Michigan's delegates. The idea offered
by Representative Bart Stupak of Michigan suggested that a portion of the delegates
be sat according to the January 15th primary results. The rest would be allocated
based on the national outcome. This is one of several ideas for the delegates.

Mar. 7, Headlines - As the Democratic primary race continues, the controversy
over Florida and Michigan intensifies. They may be states that determine
the nominee. Florida and Michigan held primaries in January, 1.7 million
people voted in Florida and 600,000 in Michigan. Clinton won 50 percent
of the vote to Obama's 33 percent in Florida. In Michigan, Clinton won 55
percent of the vote. Obama's name was not on the ballot.
