June 17 -
Barack Obama did some reshuffling of his campaign staff. To discuss
who some of these new changes, the people behind the candidate, we
turn to Jonathan Stein, Reporter for Mother Jones.
We begin with
Patti Solis Doyle, she was Senator Clinton's campaign manager until
she was pushed out mid-campaign. Obama hired Solis Doyle to be the
Chief of Staff to his unnamed Vice Presidential nominee.
A major new staff announcement with in the Obama campaign came last
week. Economist Jason Furman will be Obama's top economics Adviser.
Labor unions and liberal bloggers slammed the decision as Furman has
taken views that contradict with liberal ideals. Joining us to talk
about this is David Sirota, Syndicated Columnist and Author of his new
book Uprising.
You will find audio, video, blogs, and hard-hitting analysis from progressive journalists. Each day, unravel the double speak of candidates and media pundits, with news and alternative perspectives about the critical issues.
